Alcoholic Cocktails with Rum

   Rum is used for a variety of styles of cocktails. While light rum is used most often for fruity drinks, it is sometimes combined with dark rum and brandy for sweet, dark cocktails. This is a collection of rum cocktail recipes listed with their main ingredients. Rum cocktails continue to be popular with cocktail fans from classic recipes where the rum and even the variety of rum, is the star of the show to creamy, fruity blends which are injected with the merest suggestion of rum.
 
Acapulco
Ingredients:

Smashed ice
1 part white rum
1 part tequila
½ part coconut liquier
2 parts pineapple juice
1 part grapefruit juice
Instructions:
Pour smashed ice in the shaker. Add the tequila, rum, coconut liqueur, pineapple juice and grapefruit juice. Shake together. Put some smashed ice in a hurricane glass and strain the shaker's content in it. Decorate with pineapple slice or cocktail cherry. Serve with straw.
Apple Mojito
Ingredients:

1 1/2 parts Bacardi Big Apple Rum
12 fresh spearmint leaves
1/2 lime
7 parts club soda
2 tsp. simple syrup or 4 tsp. sugar
Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
Crush mint leaves and lime in a tall glass. Cover with simple syrup and fill glass with ice. Add rum and club soda, stir well.
Bacardi
Ingredients:

1/2 measure lemon or lime juice
1/2 measure grenadine
1 measure white rum
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Bacardi Special
Ingredients:

1 teaspoon grenadine
1 measure gin
2 measures white rum
Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Bahama Mama
Ingredients:

Dark rum ½
Coconut liqueur ½ oz
Rum ¼ oz
Coffee liqueur ¼ oz
Juice of ½ lemon
Pineapple juice 4 oz
Maraschino cherry garnish
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass. Stir and garnish with a cherry.
 
Banana Daiquiri
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Light rum
1 tblsp Triple sec
1 Banana
1 1/2 oz Lime juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 Cherry
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients (except for the cherry) with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm. Pour contents into a champagne flute, top with the cherry and serve.
Batida Morango
Ingredients:

2 oz Sagatiba cachaça
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 to 6 fresh strawberries
Garnish: strawberry
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a blender. Add a cup full of crushed ice and blend. The consistency should be thick enough for a drinking straw to stand upright. Garnish with a strawberry.
Beachcomber
Ingredients:

2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
2 tsp Superfine Sugar
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.
Between the Sheets
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
1 part white rum
1 part Brandy or Cognac
1 part Cointreau or Triple Sec
½ part lemon juice
Instructions:
Put ice cubes in the shaker. Pour in the rum, brandy, Cointreau and lemon juice. Shake together and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon oil or lemon piece.
Blackberry Rum Runner
Ingredients:

1-1/2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
Splash of pineapple juice
Splash of orange juice
1/2 oz Monin Blackberry Syrup
3 fresh blackberries
Splash of Sprite
Instructions:
Pour the first five ingredients, along with two of the blackberries, into a cocktail shaker with enough ice to fill a 14-ounce beverage glass. Shake. Pour into beverage glass and top with Sprite. Garnish with the reserved blackberry and a straw.
Blueberry Batida
Ingredients:

2 oz cachaca
1 oz condensed milk
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
8 blueberries
1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a tall glass. Batida is a style of drink in Brazil that is mixed with fresh fruit, cachaca and condensed milk.
Blueberry Mojito
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
8 mint leaves
8 fresh blueberries
1 tsp sugar
Club soda
Garnish: lime slice and mint sprig
Instructions:
Muddle mint leaves with sugar in a mixing glass. Add light rum, lime juice to shake with ice. Pour into a tall glass. Drop blueberries and club soda. Garnish with lime slice and mint sprig.
Blue Hawaiian
Ingredients:

1 oz Light rum
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Cream of coconut
1 slice Pineapple
1 Cherry
Instructions:
Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.
Bolero
Ingredients:

2 oz Anejo Rum
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Apple Brandy
Dashes of bitters
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice.
Boston Sidecar
Ingredients:

1 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Cable Car
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan spiced rum
3/4 oz Marie Brizard orange curacao
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon sour
Garnish: orange spiral
Instructions:
In an ice filled mixing glass add rum, orange curacao and fresh sour. Shake until well blended. Strain into a chilled sugar-cinnamon frosted cocktail glass and garnish with an orange spiral.
Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz cachaça
1 tsp sugar
1 lime, cut into chunks
Ice cubes
Garnish: lime wedge or wheel, optional
Instructions:
Muddle lime with sugar in a rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice. Pour cachaça and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Caipirissima
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
Half lime, cut into chunks
1 tbsp sugar
Garnish: lime wedge, optional
Instructions:
Muddle lime in a rocks glass with sugar. Fill the glass with ice. Pour rum and stir. Garnish with lime wedge.
Casablanca
Ingredients:

2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Apricot Lady
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Chocolate Rum
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao (dark)
1/2 oz Light Cream (brown)
1/2 oz Creme de Menthe (white)

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
Cocomacoque
Ingredients:

2 oz Light Rum
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Red Wine
Garnish: Pineapple Stick
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass over crushed ice. Add wine and garnish with pineapple stick.
Cocotini
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Coconut flavored rum
1/4 oz triple sec
Juice of half lime
Garnish: lemon wheel
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with coconut shavings. Garnish with lime wheel.
Continental
Ingredients:

2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Creme de Menthe (green)
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Superfine Sugar
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Corkscrew
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
3 parts white rum
1 part peach schnapps
1 part dry vermouth
Instructions:
Put ice cubes in the shaker. Pour in the rum, vermouth and peach schnaps. Shake together well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Cosmos
Ingredients:

2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Superfine Suger
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Costa del Sol
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
2 parts white rum
1 part sweet vermut
1 part sugar syrup
3 parts soda water
½ part lemon juice
Instructions:
Fill the collins glass half with ice cubes. Add the rum, vermouth sugar syrup and lemon juice. Stir together and fill up with soda water. Garnish with orange wheel and cocktail cherry. Serve with straw.
Creole
Ingredients:

2 oz Light Rum
3 oz Beef Bouillon
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
Garnish: Lemon Wedge

Cuba Libra
Ingredients:

2 measures dark rum
Juice of 1/2 lime
Cola to top up
Instructions:
Half-fill a tumbler with ice cubes. Add the rum and lime juice and stir well. Top up with cola and decorate with lime slices.
Cuban Cocktail
Ingredients:

2 oz Havana Club rum
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 Superfine Sugar
Garnish: lemon twist
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Daiquiri
Ingredients:

Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/2 lime
1 teaspoon caster sugar
2 measures dark rum
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a cocktail cherry.
Fire Island Sunrise
Ingredients:

White rum 1 shot
Vodka 1 shot
Orange juice 1 shot
Sweet and sour 1 shot
Cranberry juice splash
Orange slice garnish
Instructions:
In an ice-filled Collins glass, pour the alcohols in first. Add the orange juice and sweet and sour. Add with cranberry juice to create a "sunrise" and garnish with an orange slice.
Fireman's Sour
Ingredients:

2 oz Light Rum
2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Club Soda
1/2 oz Grenadine
Garnish: Cherry, Lemon Slice
Instructions:
Shake rum, lime juice and grenadine in shaker with ice and strain into highball glass. Addd the clud soda and stir. Garnish with fruits.
Green & Gold Kiwi Daiquiri
Ingredients:

1/2 cup white rum
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 Zespri green kiwifruit
2 Zespri gold kiwifruit
2 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
Slice kiwis into halves and spoon the fruit out into a blender. Add lemon juice, rum and sugar. Pulse until just blended. Add ice cubes and blend until frothy. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Grenada
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
3 parts gold rum
1 part sweet vermut
1 part orange juice
Cinnamon
Instructions:
Put ice cubes in the stirring glass. Pour in the rum, vermouth and orange juice. Stir together and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cinnamon.
Havana Beach
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
1 part white rum
½ lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
2 parts pineapple juice
2 parts ginger ale
Instructions:
Cut the lime into four pieces. Put them in the electric blender and add the rum, pineapple juice and sugar syrup as well. Blend for a while. Pour in an old fashioned glass with ice in it. Fill up with ginger. Garnish with lime wheel.
Havana Cocktail
Ingredients:

1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Pineaple Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Shake rum, lime juice, and grenadine in shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Hemingway Daiquiri
Ingredients:

3 oz Appleton White Jamaica Rum
1 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz Maraschino liqueur
Garnish: strawberry
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth and serve in a margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge. Garnish with a strawberry.
Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients:

1 lb light brown sugar
1/2 lb unsalted butter (softened)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl beat together softened butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract and spices until well combined. Refrigerate in an airtight reusable container for up to a month, or place in your freezer until ready to use. To make Hot Buttered Rum: In a pre-heated coffee mug combine 2 heaping tablespoons batter with 1 1/2 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum. Top with boiling water and stir well to mix. Serve with a spoon.
Honey Blossom
Ingredients:

4 oz orange juice
1/2 oz honey simple syrup
1 oz rum
1/2 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
Champagne
Garnish: orange slice
Instructions:
Mix orange juice, honey simple syrup, rum and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with orange slice. To make honey simple syrup, mix 4 parts honey to 1 part hot water.
Honey Mojito
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
4 or 5 mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime
4 of club soda
1 oz honey simple syrup
Garnish: lime wheel
Instructions:
Muddle mint leaves with honey simple syrup in a mixing glass. Squeeze lime juice and add rum to shake with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with lime wheel.

Hurricane
Ingredients:

2 oz light rum
2 oz dark rum
2 oz passion fruit juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 tbsp simple syrup
1 tbsp grenadine
Garnish: orange slice and cherry
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
Island Breeze
Ingredients:

2 dashes angostura bitters
4 oz pineapple
1 oz cranberry juice
1 1/2 oz white rum
Instructions:
Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.
Jamaican Breeze
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Appleton White Jamaica Rum
3 oz cranberry juice
3 oz grapefruit juice
Garnish: orange wedge

Jamaican Fizz
Ingredients:

2 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
4 oz Club Soda
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Instructions:
Shake rum, pineapple juice, and superfine sugar in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass over crushed ice. Add club soda and stir.
Jamaican Sunset
Ingredients:

1/4 oz Captain Morgan's Rum
1/2 oz Meyers Rum
1 1/2 oz Orange juice
1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Sweet and sour
Instructions:
Shake and strain this drink into an ice-filled Hurricane glass. Float Meyers rum and Garnish with a Pineapple or Orange or Cherry pinwheel.
Kiwi Batida
Ingredients:

2 oz cachaca
1 1/2 oz condensed milk
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1 Zespri green kiwifruit
3/4 cup Ice
Garnish: kiwi slice
Instructions:
Slice kiwi in half and use a spoon to scoop chunks. Add cachaca and sweetened condensed milk. Blend all ingredients with ice and pour, unstrained into a tall collins glass. Garnish with a kiwi slice.
Kiwi Daisy
Ingredients:

2 oz white rum
12 fresh mint leaves
2 lime wedges
1 Zespri green kiwifruit
1/2 oz honey syrup (1 part honey and 1 part water)
Garnish: 1 lime wedge
Instructions:
Slice kiwifruit in half and use a spoon to scoop out small pieces into a cocktail shaker. Add mint leaves, lime and honey syrup and muddle to combine. Add rum, and shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a 11 oz glass filled half with crushed ice. Stir briefly, then fill glass with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig and lime.
Lime Hurricane
Ingredients:

3 oz. Southern Comfort liqueur
1 1/2 oz. sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz. blue curacao
1/2 oz. sweetened lime juice
Garnish: lime wedge and cherry
Instructions:
Fill a sugar-rimmed hurricane glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and cherry.
Little Devil
Ingredients:

1/2 measure lemon juice
1/2 measure Cointreau
1 meausure dark rum
1 measure gin
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
½ part gin
½ part white rum
½ part tequila
½ part vodka
½ part Cointreau or Triple Sec
4 parts cola
½ part sugar syrup
1 part lemon juice
Instructions:
Fill the shaker and collins glass half with ice cubes. Pour the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup in the shaker. Shake well. Strain into the collins glass. Fill up with cola and decorate with lime wedges.
Mai Tai
Ingredients:

2 oz 17yr old J. Wray Nephew Jamaican Rum
1/2 oz Curacao
1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
1/4 oz Rock Candy Syrup
Juice of 1 fresh lime
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients over shaved ice in a double old-fashioned glass, shook it well, add one spent lime shell and garnish it with a sprig of fresh mint.
Mango Mai Tai
Ingredients:

2 oz 17yr old J. Wray Nephew Jamaican Rum
1/2 oz Curacao
1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
1/4 oz Rock Candy Syrup
Juice of 1 fresh lime
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients over shaved ice in a double old-fashioned glass, shook it well, add one spent lime shell and garnish it with a sprig of fresh mint.
Mango & Pineapple Mojito
Ingredients:

2 1/2 oz pineapple flavored rum
1 1/2 oz lime juice
1 1/2 oz simple syrup
6 mint leaves
Mango Puree
Garnish: pineapple wedge and leaf
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass with a generous serving of fresh ice. Finish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.
Martha Washington's Rum Punch
Ingredients:

3 oz. White Rum
3 oz. Dark Rum
3 oz. Orange Curacao
4 oz. Simple Syrup
4 oz. Lemon Juice
4 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
3 Lemons quartered
1 Orange quartered
1/2 Tsp. Grated nutmeg
3 Cinnamon sticks, broken
6 Cloves
12 oz. Boiling water
Instructions:
In a container, mash the orange, lemons, cinnamon sticks, cloves and nutmeg. Add syrup, lemon and orange juice. Pour the boiling water over the mixture in a container. Let it cool for a few minutes then add the white rum, dark rum and orange curaco. Strain well into a pitcher or punch bowl and serve over ice in goblets and decorate with wheels of lemon and orange. Dust with a little nutmeg and cinnamon.

1 oz Light Rum

Modern Mojito
Ingredients:

3/6 of a lime
3 sweet basil Leaves
1/2 oz Partida Agave Nectar
1 1/2 oz Leblon Cachaca
1/2 oz Sprite
Instructions:
Muddle the first three ingredients, add ice, the Leblon, sprite, shake and serve in a rocks glass.
Modern Punch
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 part litchi
1 part blood orange juice
1 part white peach
2 parts white cranberry juice
1/4 oz lemon juice
2 parts ginger beer
Garnish: half lemon wheel
Instructions:
Build up the drink by pouring ingredients into a highball glass over ice. Stir and garnish with half lemon wheel.
Mojito
Ingredients:

2-3 oz Light rum
Juice of 1 Lime (1 oz)
2 tsp Sugar
2-4 Mint sprigs
Soda water
Instructions:
Lightly muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in a mixing glass until the sugar dissolve and you smell the mint. Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum and shake with ice. Strain over cracked ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig and serve.
Mojito Parisian
Ingredients:

12 fresh mint leaves
2 shots white light rum
2 shots St Germain elderflower liqueur
1 shot freshly squeezed lime juice
Simple syrup to taste, optional
Instructions:
Lightly muddle mint in a collins glass. Add other ingredients. Half fill glass with crushed ice and stir. Fill to the brim with more crushed ice and stir again.
Parisian Blonde
Ingredients:

1 measure double cream
Little caster sugar
1 measure orange curacao
1 measure dark rum
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with orange slices.
Passion Fruit Mojito
Ingredients:

2 parts Malibu Passion Fruit Rum
1/4 part fresh lime juice
Simple syrup
Lemon-lime soda
Mint sprig
Garnish: mint sprig and lime wheel
Instructions:
Muddle lime, mint and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Pour rum, freshly squeezed lime juice and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with sprig of mint and lime wheel.
Pear Mojito
Ingredients:

1 1/2 parts white rum
1 part fresh squeezed lime juice
2 parts freshly extracted pear nectar
1 part simple syrup
4 sprigs mint
Club soda or seltzer
Instructions:
Add rum, simple syrup, lime juice, pear nectar and 3 sprigs mint to shaker and muddle until desired mint flavor is achieved. Strain into footed glass filled with ice. Top with seltzer. Garnish with sprig of mint and slice of pear.
Pepper Basil Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Cachaca muddled
1 oz lime
1 bar spoon sugar
10 basil leaves
1 bar spoon white pepper corns
Garnish: Basil leave
Instructions:
Muddle 1 bar spoon of white pepper corns and add sugar, 1 lime quarters and basil leaves. Adde cachaca and 1 oz lime juice. Shake the mixture and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with sprig of basil.
Pineapple Cocktail
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pineapple wedge.
Pineapple Fizz
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Light Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
Club Soda
Garnish: pineapple wedge

Pina Coloda
Ingredients:

3 measures dark rum
3 tablespoons coconut milk
3 tablespoons crushed pineapple
Instructions:
Place the ingredients in an electric blender. Add two cups of crushed ice and blend at high speed for 30 seconds. Strain into a tall tumbler and serve with a straw.
Pina Mojito
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Mojito Club
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/4 oz lime juice
Garnish: orange slice and maraschino cherry
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with orange slice and cherry.
Planter's Punch
Ingredients:

1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Dark & Anejo Rum
1 oz Lime & Lemon Juice
3 oz Club Soda
1/2 oz Superfine Sugar
Garnish: Cherry, Lime Wedge, Orange Slice, Pineapple Wedge

Shake all the ingredients except club soda in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass. Addd the club soda and garnish with the fruits. Serve with a straw.
Raspberry Mojito Pitcher
Ingredients:

6 oz Cruzan light rum
4 oz Rock Candy Syrup or simple syrup
6 lime halves
Handful of raspberries
30-40 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
Club soda
Instructions:
Build in mixing pitcher. Press 6 lime halves and simple syrup. Add rum, mint leaves, raspberries, crush, fill with ice. Stir and top with club soda.
Rum Collins
Ingredients:

Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon caster sugar
2 measures dark rum
Soda water to top up
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tall tumbler. Add ice cubes, top up with soda water and stir well. Decorate with a slice of lemon and a cocktail cherry. Serve with a straw.
Rum Sour
Ingredients:

2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with the fruits.
Santa Cruz Fix
Ingredients:

1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 measure cherry brandy
1 measure dark rum
Instructions:
Dissolve the sugar in the water in a tumbler. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with crushed ice. Stir slowly, then add a slice of lemon and serve with a straw.
Scorpion
Ingredients:

2 oz Anejo Rum
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Orggeat Syrup
1 cup Crushed Ice
Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients in a blendder at high speed and pour into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with fruits and serve with a straw.
Social Mojito
Ingredients:

1/2 oz dark rum
3 oz of lemon flavored rum
1 oz of mint infused simple syrup
1/2 oz sweetened lime juice
Garnish: mint leaf
Instructions:
Mix lemon flavored rum, mint infused simple syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake the mixture and strain into martini glass. Top with dark rum and garnish with mint leaf.
Spiced Apple Martini
Ingredients:

2 1/2 oz 10 Cane Rum
2 oz apple juice
Splash of amaretto
2 pinches ground cinnamon
Cinnamon/sugar mixture
Garnish: cinnamon stick
Instructions:
In a mixing glass, add rum, apple juice, Amaretto, ground cinnamon and ices cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into a superfine sugar and ground cinnamon rimmed chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Strawberry Colada
Ingredients:

1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Coconut Cream
1 cup Ice
4 oz Pineapple Juice
4 Strawberries
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender well at high speed. Pour into a collins glass and serve with a straw. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Strawberry schnapps
1 oz Light rum
1 oz Lime juice
1 tsp Powdered sugar
1 oz Strawberries
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and serve.
Tahiti Club
Ingredients:

2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Lemon & Lime Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
Garnish: Lemon Slice
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Watermelon Kiwi Batida
Ingredients:

2 cups seedless watermelon chunks
2 kiwifruits, peeled and chopped
2 oz cachaça
2 oz condensed milk
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 cup Ice
Garnish: sprigs of fresh mint
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a blender. Add a cup full of crushed ice and blend. The consistency should be thick enough for a drinking straw to stand upright. Garnish with mint sprig.
Wild Hibiscus Mojito
Ingredients:

2 oz light rum
Half lime (cut into chunks)
2 chopped wild hibiscus flowers in syrup
1 tsp sugar
6 mint leaves
Club soda
Garnish: mint sprig
Instructions:
Muddle lime and hibiscus flower with sugar in a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add rum and club soda on top. Garnish with mint sprig.
Zombie
Ingredients:

1 measure dark rum
1 measure white rum
1 measure pineapple juice
1 teaspoon caster sugar
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tall tumbler. Decorate with a cocktail cherry and pineapple slices.
