Alabama Slammer
Ingredients:

1 oz vodka
1 oz Southern Comfort
1/2 oz Amaretto
3 oz orange juice
1/4 oz grenadine
Garnish: maraschino cherry
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with cherry.
Apple Martini
Ingredients:

2 part Vodka
1 part Apple Schnapps
Splash of lemon Juice
Garnish: Apple Slice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with apple slice.
Bellini Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz peach nectar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 oz peach schnapps
3 oz chilled, dry Champagne
1/2 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled glass. Add half a cup (or more) of crushed ice, stir and add the champagne.
Bellini #2
Ingredients:
6 oz Champagne
1 oz peach schnapps
Instructions:
Mix ingredients and serve.
Bellinski
Ingredients:
1 oz Stoli (Persik vodka)
3 oz peaches
1 tsp maraschino liqueur
1 - 2 oz chilled Brut (Champagne)
Instructions:
Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur. Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne and serve.
Big Apple Martini
Ingredients:

2 oz p.i.n.k. vodka
1 oz sour apple schnapps
1/2oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz sour mix
Drizzle of Chambord
Garnish: apple slice
Instructions:
Combine vodka, sour apple schnapps, pineapple juice, and sour mix over chipped ice and shake well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass. Drizzle Chambord through the center. Garnish with a granny smith apple slice on the side of the glass.
Big Pepper Infusion
Ingredients:

1 bottle (750 ml) Fris Vodka
Fresh poblano chile, sliced and seeded
Fresh Serrano chile, sliced and seeded
Fresh jalapeno, sliced and seeded
Fresh red bell pepper, sliced and seeded
Instructions:
Rinse chilies well. Place in an infusion jar and top with vodka. Let infuse for 2 days, then strain and place infused Fris Vodka in a container.
Big Pepper Mule
Ingredients:

2 oz Big Pepper Vodka Infusion
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz ginger beer
Garnish: Fresh pepper rings
Instructions:
Fill a shaker glass with ice. Add infused vodka, juices, and ginger beer. Cap mixer glass and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish and serve.
Bloody Bull
Ingredients:

2 oz vodka
3 oz Tomoto Juice
2 oz Beef Boullion
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
Black Pepper & Salt
Garnish: Lemon Wedge
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with the lemon wedge.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients:

1 measure vodka
2 measures tomato juice
1/3 measure lemon juice
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a wine glass. Garnish with celery leaves.
Black Russian
Ingredients:

2 measurs vodka
1 measure Kahula
Instructions:
Pour the vodka and kahula over ice cubes in a whisky tumbler. For a white Russian, top up with double cream. For a longer drink, use a tall tumbler and top up with Cola.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients:

2 oz vodka
3 oz Tomoto Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Black Pepper & Salt
3 dashes Worcestershire
2 drops tabasco sauce
Garnish: Lemon Wedge, Celery

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with the lemon wedge.
Blue Lagoon
Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao
Lemonade
1 Cherry
Instructions:
Pour vodka and curacao over ice in a highball glass. Fill with lemonade, top with the cherry and serve.

Ingredients:

2 oz vodka
1/4 oz triple sec
1/4 oz blue curacao
Instructions:

2 1/2 oz white cranberry juice

Bolli Stoli
Ingredients:

3 oz Bollinger (Champagne)
1 oz Stolichnaya (vodka)
Instructions:
Pour Bollinger champagne into a champagne flute. Add Stoli vodka and serve.
Caipiroska
Ingredients:

2 1/2 oz vodka
1 lime, cut into chunks
1 tsp sugar
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Muddle lime with sugar in a mixing glass. Add vodka to shake with ice. Pour into a rocks glass. Caipirinha mixed with vodka instead of cachaca is known as Caipiroska.
Cantaloupe Martini
Ingredients:

1 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Marie Brizard Watermelon Liqueur
2 oz. Orange Juice
Squeeze of fresh Lime Juice
Garnish: Cherry

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz vanilla flavored vodka
1/2 oz chocolate liqueur
1/4 oz triple sec
Garnish: chocolate rimming
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with chocolate.
Citrus Lavender Martini
Ingredients:

1 wedge fresh orange
2 fresh lavender leaves or 5-6 pieces dried lavender
1 1/2 oz Level vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Sweet & Sour mix
1 tbsp honey
1 packet of sugar in the raw
Instructions:
Muddle orange wedge and lavender at the base of the shaker (or a mixer). Add vodka, cointreau, sweet and sour mix over ice in the shaker. Shake well and strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Classic Apple Martini

1 part Apple Schnapps
Splash of Dry Vermouth

Ingredients:

1/8 fresh orange
1 1/2 oz Cranberry Spice Vodka Infusion
1/2 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Garnish: Spiced Sugar rim
1 fresh or frozen cranberry
Instructions:
Rim a chilled cocktail glass with Spiced Sugar and set aside. Squeeze orange wedge into cocktail shaker and drop in. Fill with ice. Add infused vodka, Cointreau, juice, and simple syrup. Cap mixer glass and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish and serve.
Dirty Bull
Ingredients:

3 oz vodka
1 1/2 barspoon veal stock
1/2 oz olive juice
Garnish: cured beef jerky, 3 salt cured black olives

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 20 times and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 salt cured black olives.
Edward's Purple Medicine
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Avalanche (Peppermint schnapps)
1/2 oz Aftershock (Hot & Cool cinnamon schnapps)
Instructions:
Pour either ingredient into a shot glass first, then slowly pour in the other, mixing half and half. Admire the effects, then consume.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 parts Wyborowa Single Estate vodka
1/2 part vanilla schnapps
1/4 part raspberry liqueur
Garnish: raspberries
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Creme de Menth (green)
1 oz Creme de Cacao (white)

Greek Isles Infusion
Ingredients:

1 bottle (750 ml) Fris Vodka
1 lemon, poked with a skewer 20 times
1/2 cup dried apricot halves (about 10 pieces)
8 pitted dates
5 Greek dried golden figs cut in halves
1/2 teaspoon anise seed
Instructions:
Rinse lemon well. Place lemon, dried fruit and spices in an infusion jar and top with vodka. Let infuse for 2 days, then strain and place infused vodka in a container.
Harvey Wallbanger
Ingredients:

1 measure vodka
4 measures orange juice
1/2 measure Galliano
Instructions:
Pour the vodka and orange juice over ice cubes in a tall tumbler and stir well. Floar the galliano on top by pouring it over the back of a teaspoon onto the vodka and orange.
Honey Bee Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz honey simple syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice

1 1/2 oz Belvedere Cytrus Vodka
3/4 oz Campari
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Cold Soda Water or 7-up
2 Lemon Wheels
Instructions:
In an ice filled mixing glass, add Cytrus, Campari, lemon juice and simple syrup: shake until well blended. Prepare a 14 oz Goblet by filling with ice and placing the lemon wheels inside the glass so they appear to be floating against the sides of the glass. Strain drink into goblet while spritzing with soda water or 7-up.

1 1/2 oz Kiwi Grapefruit Vodka Infusion
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz Cointreau

Kiwi Grapefruit Infusion
Ingredients:

1 bottle (750 ml) Fris Vodka
1 ruby grapefruit, quartered or left whole and poked with a skewer 20 times
3 kiwi, skin-on, quartered
1 1/2 teaspoons pink peppercorns
Instructions:
Rinse fruit well. Place fruit and peppercorns in an infusion jar and top with vodka. Let infuse for 2 days, then strain and place infused vodka in an attractive container.
Kiwi Lemon Sorbet
Ingredients:

1 can (12 oz) lemonade concentrate, thawed
4 Zespri gold kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
2 cups water
Instructions:
Puree kiwifruit in food processor until just blended. Do not crush kiwifruit seeds. Stir kiwi puree into lemonade concentrate and water in medium bowl until blended. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Scrape granita into flakes with an ice cream spoon.

3 oz Absolut (Citron vodka)
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)

1/4 oz triple sec
Instructions:
Cut Lemon in half. Cut a wheel from the lemon. Juice both lemon halves. Pour in 3 oz Absolut Citron Vodka. Pour in 1 oz Simple Syrup. Shake vigorously. There should be crystals in the drink. Pour into chilled cocktail glass half rimmed with sugar.
Lime Island Iced Tea
Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Smirnoff Lime Vodka
1/5 oz. Tanqueray Gin
1/4 oz. Captain Morgan Rum
1/4 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial
1/4 oz. Triple Sec
Splash of Sour Mix

1/2 oz simple syrup
1 1/2 oz Champagne
Garnish: Long, thin slivers of tangerine, lemon, lime and grapefruit zests

Ingredients:

3/4 oz Ciroc vodka
3/4 oz BV Napa Valley port
Splash of Grand Marnier
Dash of fresh lemon juice
1 orange slice
Diced green apple
Instructions:
Mix vodka, port, Grand Marnier, lemon juice and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Fill rocks glass with ice. Strain contents from shaker into glass. Garnish with orange slice and diced apple.

1/4 oz white cranberry juice
Garnish: lime wheel
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
White Russian
Ingredients:

2 oz vodka
1 oz light cream or milk
1 oz Kahlua
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a rocks glass.
Wild Berry Caipiroska
Ingredients:

2 oz Finlandia Wild Berries Vodka
2 oz sweet and sour mix
4 fresh raspberries
4 fresh blackberries
2 fresh lime wedges
1 teaspoon of sugar
Instructions:
With a muddler or wooden spoon, muddle berries and lime wedges with sugar in a short highball glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and add vodka and sweet and sour mix. Either shake and pour back into glass or stir briskly. Garnish with fresh berries.
Woo Woo
Ingredients:

1 oz vodka
1/2 oz peach schnapps
4 oz cranberry juice
Garnish: lime wedge
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
