Ladies
Ingredients:
2 oz. Canadian whiskey
2 dashes Pernod
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes anisette
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, Pernod, bitters and anisette. Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Leprechaun
Ingredients:
2 oz. Irish whiskey
Tonic water
Instructions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add Irish whiskey. Fill mixing glass with ice. with tonic water. Stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Long Hot Night
Ingredients:
2 oz. bourbon
3 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. cranberry juice cocktail
Instructions:
Place a few ice cubes in a highball glass. Pour in bourbon. Stir. Add pineapple juice and cranberry juice. Stir again.
Lord Rodney
Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
¾ oz. dark rum
1 tsp. coconut syrup
3-4 drops white cremem de cacao
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, dark rum, coconut syrup and crème de cacao. Shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Los Angeles Cocktail
Ingredients:
4 oz. blended whiskey
1 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. sugar syrup
4 dashes sweet vermouth
1 egg
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add all ingredients. Shake. Pour into two chilled rock glasses.
Lynchburg Lemonade
Ingredients:
¾ oz. Jack Daniels whiskey
¾ oz. sour mix
¾ oz. triple sec
7-Up or Sprite
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add Jack Daniels, sour mix and triple sec. Shake. Strain into a chilled collins glass. Garnish with a lemon.
Madeira Cocktail
Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
1 ½ oz. madeira
1 tsp grenadine
Dash lemon juice
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, madeira, grenadine and lemon juice. Shake. Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Manhasset
Ingredients:

1½ oz. blended whiskey
½ oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry vermouth
1 tsp. sweet vermouth
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, lemon juice, dry vermouth and sweet vermouth. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Manhattan
Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
½ oz. vermouth
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey and vermouth. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.
Manhattan (dry)
Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
¼ oz. vermouth
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey and dry vermouth. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive.
Manhattan (perfect)
Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
1/8 oz. dry vermouth
1/8 oz. sweet vermouth
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey and both vermouths. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Man O' War
Ingredients:
1½ oz. Wild Turkey
1 oz. orange curacao
½ oz. sweet vermouth
½ oz. lemon juice
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add Wild Turkey, orange curacao, sweet vermouth and lemon juice. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.
Maple Leaf
Ingredients:
1 oz. Canadian whiskey
¼ oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. maple syrup
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, lemon juice and maple syrup. Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Mint Julep
Ingredients:
2 oz. bourbon
5-6 mint leaves
½ oz. sugar syrup
Instructions:
In a collins glass, place the mint leaves and the sugar syrup. Mash the leaves. Add 1 oz. bourbon. Fill glass with ice. Add rest of bourbon. Stir well. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Narragansett
Ingredients:
1½ oz. bourbon
1 oz. sweet vermouth
Splash anisette
Instructions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add bourbon, sweet vermouth, and anisette. Stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Nevins
Ingredients:
1½ oz. bourbon
2 tsp. grapefruit juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. apricot brandy
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add bourbon, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, apricot brandy and bitters. Shake. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
New Orleans
Ingredients:
1½ oz. bourbon
½ oz. Pernod
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
Dash ornage bitters
Dash anisette
½ tsp sugar syrup
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add ingredients. Shake. Pour into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
New World
Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
½ oz. lime juice
1 tsp. grenadine
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add blended whiskey, lime juice and grenadine. Shake. Pour into chilled rock glass. Garnish with a twist of lime.
New York Cocktail
Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
½ tsp. powdered sugar
½ oz. lime juice
Dash grenadine
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, sugar, lime juice and grenadine. Shake. Pour into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a twist of orange.
Nocturnal
Ingredients:
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. dark crème de cacao
½ oz. cream
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add bourbon, dark crème de cacao and cream. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with 2 oz. crushed ice.
Nutty Irishman
Ingredients:
½ oz. Irish whiskey
½ oz. Frangelico
2 oz. cream
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, Frangelico and cream. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Oh Henry
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. blended whiskey
¼ oz. Benedictine
3 oz. ginger ale
Instructions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add whiskey, Benedictine,and ginger ale. Stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
Paddy Cocktail
Ingredients:
1½ oz. Irish whiskey
¾ oz. sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, sweet vermouth and bitters. Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
¼ oz. benedictine
¼ oz. sweet vermouth
Dash Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add blended whiskey, Benedictine, sweet vermouth and bitters. Shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:
1 oz. whiskey
Club soda
Ginger ale
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add whiskey. Fill glass half with club soda and half with ginger ale. Stir well. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Prince
Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
2 dashes orange bitters
3 drops white crème de menthe
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey and orange bitters. Shake. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Top with a few drops of white creme de menthe.
Quebec Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Canadian whiskey
½ oz. orange bitters
½ oz. dry vermouth
½ oz. cherry liqueur
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, bitters, dry vermouth and cherry liqueur. Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Quickie
Ingredients:
1 oz. bourbon
1 oz. rum
¼ oz. triple sec
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add bourbon, rum and triple sec. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Rattlesnake
Ingredients:
1½ oz. blended whiskey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg white
¼ tsp. Pernod
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, lemon juice, sugar, egg white and Pernod. Shake. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice.
Sazerac
Ingredients:
2 oz. bourbon
1 tsp superfine sugar
2 dashes Angostura bitters
3 dashes Pernod
Instructions:
Pour bourbon into a mixing glass. Add sugar and bitters. Stir until sugar dissloves. Put Pernod into a rocks glass. Strain mixture into rocks glass. Fill with ice.

Ingredients:
1½ oz. Seagrams 7 blended whiskey
7-Up
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Seagrams 7. Fill with 7-Up. Garnish with cherry or twist of lemon.
Seventh Heaven
Ingredients:
1 oz. Seagrams 7
¼ oz. amaretto
Orange juice
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Seagrams 7 and amaretto. Fill with orange juice. Stir.

¾ oz. lime juice

Ingredients:
1½ oz. Wild Turkey 101
½ oz. peppermint schnapps
Instructions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add Wild Turkey and peppermint schnapps. Stir.
Soul Kiss
Ingredients:
1 oz. whiskey
1 oz. dry vermouth
½ oz. Dubonnet
¾ oz. orange juice
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, dry vermouth, Dubonnet and orange juice. Stir. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Stone Sour
Ingredients:
1½ oz. bourbon
½ oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. white crème de menthe
½ tsp. sugar
Club soda
Instructions:
Fill a sour glass with ice. Pour in bourbon, lemon juice, white creme de menthe and sugar. Stir. Fill mixing glass with ice. with club soda. Garnish with several sprigs of mint.
Stony Brook
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz blended whiskey
½ oz. triple sec
½ egg white
2-3 drops almond extract
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, triple sec, egg white and almond extract. Shake. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Tipperary
Ingredients:
1 oz. Irish whiskey
1 oz. green Chartreuse (a French liqueur)
1 oz. sweet vermouth
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add whiskey, Chartreuse and sweet vermouth. Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Trilby
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz bourbon
½ oz. sweet vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add bourbon, sweet vermouth and orange bitters. Stir. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Ingredients:

¾ oz. Dubonnet
½ oz. triple sec
Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add Canadian whiskey, Dubonnet and triple sec. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Ingredients:
2 oz. bourbon
Cranberry juice cocktail
Pineapple juice
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add bourbon. Fill mixing glass with ice. with equal parts cranberry juice and pineapple juice. Stir.
Turkey Shooter
Ingredients:
¾ oz. Wild Turkey 101
¼ oz. white crème de menthe
Instructions:
Pour Wild Turkey into a liqueur glass or brandy snifter. Float white crème de menthe.
Vancouver Cocktail
Ingredients:

2 oz. Canadian whiskey
1 oz. Dubonnet
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ egg white
½ tsp maple syrup (you can substitute with sugar syrup)
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Half-fill a mixing glass with ice. Add Canadian whiskey, Dubonnet, lemon juice, egg white, maple syrup and bitters. Shake.
Pour into a large wineglass or large cocktail glass.
Waldorf
Ingredients:
1½ oz. bourbon
¾ oz. Pernod
½ oz. sweet vermouth
Dash Angostura bitters
