Alcoholic Cocktails with Beer

 
Apple Eye
Ingredients:

2 measures apple juice
1 dash lime juice
Ginger beer to top up
Instructions:
Stir the bitters and lime juice together in large wine glass. top up with ginger beer and decorate with lime slices. Serve with a straw.
Black and Tan
Ingredients:

1/2 pint Stout Beer (such as Guinness)
1/2 pint of a lighter beer (such as an ale or larger) (Harp Ale)
Instructions:
A common technique is to fill the glass half full of the light beer, and then carefully pour the dark beer in, over an upside-down spoon, so that the two don't mix.
Black Cow
Ingredients:

10 oz Beer
1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Maraschino Cherry
1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
Instructions:
Pour root beer over ice cream and chocolate syrup in a large tumbler glass. Garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Serve with a straw and a long spoon.
 
Boilermaker
Ingredients:

1 pint American Pilsner (Beer)
1 shot Tennessee Whiskey or Bourbon
Instructions:
Shoot the Whiskey and then drink the beer. Pour the beer in the Whiskey. Take the whiskey as a "depth shot," that is, drop the shot glass into the beer, causing the beer to foam up and then chug the result.
Brown Pelican
Ingredients
:
2 oz Beer
1/2 oz Ice
5 oz Apple Cider
Instructions:
Combine in a mixing glass, stir gently and pour over ice cubes in a highball glass.
Flaming Dr. Pepper
Ingredients:

3/4 shot Amaretto
1/4 shot Bacardi 151 or Everclear
1/2 pint beer
Instructions:
Pour Amaretto and Barcardi into shot glass and light on fire. Drop lit shot into the half pint of beer to extinguish and consume quickly. Tastes exactly like Dr. Pepper.
Flop
Ingredients:

6 oz. Dark Beer
1 oz. Rum
Instructions:
Pour rum in beer.
Green Bastard
Ingredients:

1/2 Pint Lager Beer
1/2 Pint Cider
2 oz. Blue Curaçao
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a straight pint glass. The resulting drink should look like a pint of lager or Snake Bite, but be a bright, livid green color.
Irish Car Bomb
Ingredients:
1/2 pint. Guinness
1 oz Jamison
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
Instructions:
Pour Guiness into a pint glass. Float Baileys on top of Jamison in shot glass. Drop shot glass, carefully, into Guiness. Drink quickly before it curdles.
Lunch Box

Ingredients:
3/4 of a beer bottle
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Orange Juice
Instructions:
Combine almost full with beer with a splash of orange juice. Then take the shot of amaretto and drop it into the cup with the beer and orange juice.
Michelada
Ingredients:

1/2 lime
Coarse salt
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash soy sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 pinch black pepper
1 dash Maggi seasoning, optional
12 ounces beer, preferably a dark Mexican beer like Negra Modelo
Instructions:
Squeeze the juice from the lime and set aside. Salt the rim of a highball glass by rubbing it with the lime and dipping it in coarse salt. Fill with ice. Add lime juice, Worcestershire, soy sauce, Tabasco, pepper and Maggi, if desired. Pour in beer, stir and serve, adding more beer as you sip.
Mosstrooper
Ingredients:

1 glass Beer
1/2 cup Ice
7-Up
Instructions:
Almost fill a glass half-filled with ice with root beer. Add a little 7-up and stir with a straw.
Orangutang
Ingredients:

1 bottle of light beer
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons simple syrup
Couple drops of grenadine
One slice of orange or raspberry for garnish
Instructions:
Combine beer, orange juice, and simple syrup in a shaker. Pour mixture over ice in a pint glass. Top off with a few drops of grenadine. Garnish with a piece of fruit.
Peachy Hanes
Ingredients:

6 oz Beer, chilled
2 oz Peach Nectar
Instructions:
Place the peach nectar into the bottom of a beer mug. Slowly stir in the ginger beer and serve.
Penzance Cocktail
Ingredients:

6 oz Beer
2 oz fresh Orange Juice
Instructions:
Pour the orange juice and ginger beer into a beer mug with a few ice cubes, and stir well. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
Sake Bomb
Ingredients:

1 shot Sake rice wine
1 glass Beer
Instructions:
Drop the shot of Sake into a Beer mug full of beer and then quickly drink it.
Skippy's
Ingredients:

1 case of Beer
64 oz. of Vodka
1 canister of Country Time Lemonade
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients into a large container (example: Gatorade water cooler).
Spiked Lemonade
Ingredients:

Ice
1 cup fresh lemonade, plus 1 splash
1 bottle light beer
1 1/2 ounces vodka
Lemon slice for garnish
Instructions:
Combine ice and lemonade in a pint glass. Slowly pour beer into glass. Add vodka and top it off with a splash of lemonade. Stir together. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Ultimate Craft Brew Margarita
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Tequila
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
1/3 bottle your favorite craft brew
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 lime
Sugar to taste
Ice
Salt, to rim the glass
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients except salt in a blender until smooth. Dip margarita glasses in water then in salt and fill glasses with mixture.
Virgin Caipirinha
Ingredients:

Half lime, diced
Half small lemon, diced
Half small orange, diced
1 sugar cube
Ginger beer
Instructions:
Place the fruit in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the sugar cube and a dash of ginger beer. Muddle to release the juices. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a sprig of mint on top of the drink. Serve with a straw.
