American Beauty
Ingredients:
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/4 tsp Creme de Menthe (white)
1 tsp Grenadine
1/2 oz Tawny Port
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
American Rose
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 tsp Pernod (Licorice liqueur)
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1/2 peach
Fill with Champagne
Instructions:
Shake ingredients (except champagne) and strain into a chilled white wine glass. Fill with champagne and garnish with a peach slice. Alcohol: 14% (29 proof). Serve in: White Wine Glass.
Angel Face
Ingredients:

1 measure gin
1 measure apricot brandy
1 measure Calvados
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Apple Brandy
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz apple brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp grenadine
Garnish: apple slice, optional
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Brandy
1 oz Anisette
1 Egg White

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
 
Baltimore Egg Nogg
Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 measure brandy
1/2 measure dark rum
1/2 measure Madeira wine
300 ml (1/2 pint) milk
Little grated nutmeg
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tall tumbler. Springle a little grated nutmeg on top.
Betsy Ross
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
2 parts brandy
1 part red wine
1 dash Angostura
½ dash Cointreau or Triple Sec
Instructions:
Put ice cubes in the stirring glass. Pour in the brandy, red wine (preferable Portugieser), Cointreau (or triple sec) and Angostura. Stir together well and strani in an old fashioned glass on the rocks.

Ingredients:

1 dash of lemon juice
1 measure brandy

Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Instructions:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Brandy
1 oz Black Sambuca
1 Egg White
Instructions:Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Black Feather
Ingredients:

2 oz brandy
1 oz dry Vermouth
½ oz Cointreau
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Instructions:
Half-fill a mixing glass with ice. Stir, don't shake all ingredients together in glass. Strain into cocktail glass.
Blood Orange Sidecar
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
5 jiggers brandy
2 jiggers Cointreau
1 jigger Rose's lime juice
juice of 3 blood oranges
juice of 1 regular orange
Instructions:
First sugar the rims of 4 cocktail glasses by rubbing the rims with the flesh of any citrus fruit, then dipping the edge in granulated white sugar. Set aside; you can chill in the freezer if you like. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in ingredients. Shake, then strain into the glasses. Garnish with orange twist.
Brandied Egg Sour
Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
1 Egg
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Ingredients:
2 fl oz (50 ml) brandy
2 fl oz (50 ml creme de cacao
2 fl oz (50 ml) double cream
4  ice cubes
Cocoa powder to garnish
Instructions:
Pour the brandy, crème de cacao and the double cream into a cocktail shaker along with the ice cubes. Shake well to mix thoroughly. Strain into cocktail glass(es). Serve garnished with a sprinkling of cocoa powder.

Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Instructions:
Dissolve the sugar in the brandy in a punch cup and garnish with the lemon twist.

Ingredients:

2 ½ oz brandy
3 ½ oz ginger ale
Juice of ¼ lemon
Instructions:
Pour ingredients into ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with lemon or lime twists.
Brandy Cobbler
Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Club Soda
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Garnish: Cherry, Orange & Lemon Slice
Instructions:
Dissolve the sugar in club soda. Add brandy over ice in collins and stir. Garnish with the fruits and serve with straws.
Brandy Crusta
Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Lemon Wedge, Orange Slice
Instructions:
Rub the rim of cocktail glass with lemon and dip into sugar to coat the edge. Shake brandy, lemon juice, striple sec, maraschino liqueur in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into the collins glass over crushed ice. Garnish with the orange slice over the rim of the glass.
Brandy Cuban
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
2 parts brandy
1 part lime juice
4 parts cola
Instructions:
Fill the highball glass half with ice cubes. Add the brandy and lime juice. Stir together well and fill up with cola. Garnish with lime wheel.

Ingredients:

1 egg
1 teaspoon caster sugar
3 dashes of lemon juice
1 measure orange Curacao
1 measure brandy
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tumbler. Decorate with an orange slice speared on a cocktail stick with a cherry.

Ingredients:

½ part cherry brandy
½ part apricot brandy
1 part apple juice
Instructions:
Pour the cherry brandy in the shooter glass. Layer the apricot brandy and apple juice on it.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon sugar

Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 measure cherry brandy

Dissolve the sugar in the water in a tumbler. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with crushed ice.

2 oz Brandy
4 oz Club Soda
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Stir and garnish with the fruits.
Brandy Flip
Ingredients:

1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons caster sugar
2 measures brandy
Little grated nutmeg
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tumbler. Sprinkle a little grated nutmeg on top. For a creamier version, blend the ingredients in an electric blender. Port, rum, sherry, whisky can be used in place of brandy.
Brandy Highball
Ingredients:
2 oz Brandy
Club Soda
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Instructions:
Mix both the ingredients in a highball glass over crushed ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Brandy Julep
Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Garnish: 4 mint leaves, Cherry
Instructions:
Pour brandy and superfine sugar into a collins glass over ice. Place mint leaves and garnish with fruits. Serve with straws.
Brandy Manhattan
Ingredients:

1 tsp maraschino cherry juice
1 maraschino cherry
2 dashes bitters
½ oz sweet vermouth
2 oz brandy
1 splash water
Instructions:
Fill glass with ice. Add cherry juice and cherry then bitters. Add brandy, then sweet vermouth. Stir together.
Brandy Milk Punch
Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
3 oz Half and Half
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Garnish: 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into collins glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
Brandy Perfect
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
3 parts brandy
½ part dry vermouth
½ part sweet vermut
Instructions:
Put ice cubes in the stirring glass. Pour in the brandy and the two vermouths. Stir together and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a few drops of lemon oil. Decorate with lemon spiral.
Brandy sangaree
Ingredients:

Smashed ice
2 parts brandy
1 part red wine
½ part sugar syrup
3 parts soda water
Instructions:
Fill up the highball glass half with smased ice. Pour in the brandy, wine and sugar syrup. Fill up with soda water. Stir together. Serve with straw.
Brandy Smash
Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
1 oz Club Soda
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
4 Fresh Mint Springs
Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Instructions:
Muddle the mint springs with the superfine sugar and club soda in an old-fashioned glass. Add brandy over ice and stir. Garnish with fruits.

Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with the fruits.
Brandy Swizzle
Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Lime Juice
3 oz Club Soda
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
1 dash Bitters
Instructions:
Shake brandy, lime juice, superfine sugar, and bitters in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into a collins glass over ice. Stir well and serve with a swizzle stick.
Burnt Orange
Ingredients:
Ice cubes
2 parts brandy
2 parts orange juice
½ dash Angostura
Instructions:
Put ice cubes in the stirring glass. Add the brandy, orange juice and Angostura. Stir together and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange wedge.
Champagne Celebration
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Presidente (Brandy)
1/2 oz Cointreau (Orange liqueur)
1 sugar cube
Peychaud (bitters)
4 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Add Cointreau, Brandy and a sugar cube saturated with Peychaud Bitters to a champagne flute. Fill with your favorite champagne. Garnish with an orange twist. Serve in: Champagne Flute.

Ingredients:

1 shot apricot brandy
Champagne
Instructions:
Pour apricot brandy into Champagne flute. Top up with chilled Champagne.

Ingredients:

2 oz brandy
1/2 oz peach liqueur
1 tsp sweet vermouth
2 twist lemon peel

6 teaspoons pear brandy
1 chilled 750-ml bottle Prosecco
Instructions:
Put a sugar cube in each of 6 Champagne flutes. Add 1 teaspoon pear brandy to each flute, then about 2/3 cup Prosecco.
Pick-Me-Up
Ingredients:

3/4-1 oz brandy
1 dash grenadine syrup
1 dash sugar syrup
1 dash Angostura (bitters)
1/4 oz lemon juice
4 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne and serve. Alcohol: 16% (32 proof). Serve in: Champagne Flute.

Ingredients:

Ice cubes
2 parts vodka
1 part cherry brandy
Instructions:
Place some ice cubes in the old fashioned glass. Pour the vodka and cherry brandy in it. Serve without garnishing.
Sidecar
Ingredients:

1/2 measure lemon juice
1/2 measure Cointreau
1 measure brandy
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass, half-filled with crushed ice if prefered. Decorate with a twist of lemon.
Singapore Sling
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz sugar syrup
1 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
2 oz club soda
1/2 oz cherry brandy
Lemon slice for garnish
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions:
Pour the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and powdered sugar into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in the club soda. Float the cherry brandy on top by pouring it over the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with the lemon slice and cherry.
Sombrero
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Coffee brandy
1 oz Light cream
Instructions:
Pour brandy into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Float cream on top and serve.

Ingredients:

1/4 measure white creme de menthe
3/4 measure brandy
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
St Kitts
Ingredients:

Ice cubes
3 parts brandy
1 part dry vermouth
½ part grapefruit juice
Instructions:
Fill up the shaker half with ice cubes. Pour in the brandy, grapefruit juice and vermouth. Shake together. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and decorate with cocktail cherry.
Strawberry Sombrero
Ingredients:

1 part Kahlua
2 tsp Strawberry syrup
3 parts Milk
Instructions:
Add Khaluha to a glass then the milk and finally add the syrup and stir with a spoon.
Tulip
Ingredients:

1 oz Apricot Brandy
1/2 oz Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Van Gogh
Ingredients:

1/4 tsp blackberry brandy
4-6 oz Brut (Champagne)
1 tsp creme de cassis
1 tsp absinthe herbal liqueur
Instructions:
In a Champagne flute combine Cassis, Absinthe and Black Berry Brandy. Top off to the top with Champagne. Stir very lightly.
Zombie
Ingredients:

1 1/4 oz lemon juice
1 oz dark rum
3/4 oz orange juice
1/2 oz cherry brandy
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz high-proof dark rum
2 dashes grenadine
Crushed ice
Lemon slice and red cherry for garnish
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into glass with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon slice and cherry.
