A Goodnight Kiss
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1 splash Campari (bitters)
1 sugar cube
1 drop Angostura (bitters)
Instructions:
Place a drop of angostura bitters on a sugar cube and drop into a champagne flute. Add champagne and splash of campari.
Absolut 600
Ingredients:

10 cl frozen orange juice
1/2 fresh peach
Raspberries
2-3 drops grenadine syrup
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp vanilla sugar syrup
3 cl Absolut (Mandrin vodka)
Champagne
Instructions:
Chop the peach and put into a blender. Blend together with the frozen orangejuice and a few raspberries. Add a few drops grenadine, the limejuice and the sugar syrup. Blend until it's smooth. Pour the absolut mandarin into a highball glass. Fill the glass to half with the mix from the blender and fill with champagne or a dry sparkling wine. Stir and serve.
Agua de Valencia
Ingredients:

1/4 liter Cava (Spanish Champagne)
3/4 liter orange juice
1 dl Cointreau (orange liqueur)
50 g sugar
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a pitcher. The Cava can be very cold.

Alfonso
Ingredients:
1 oz Dubonnet (French vermouth)
2 dashes Angostura (bitters)
1 tsp sugar
Champagne
Instructions:
In a wine glass, add the bitters to the sugar. Then add the dubonnet and a tsp. of ice. Fill the glass with champagne, stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

Ambrosia
Ingredients:

1 oz Applejack (brandy)
1 oz brandy
1 dash triple sec
Juice of 1 lemons
Chilled Champagne
Instructions:
Combine and shake all ingredients (except champagne). Pour contents into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir lightly and serve.

American Flyer
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp sugar syrup
Fill with Champagne
Instructions:
Shake the rum, the juice and the syrup with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled white wine glass and fill with sparkling wine.

American Glory
Ingredients:

3 oz Champagne
2 oz orange juice
2 oz lemonade
Instructions:
Add ingredients to a frosted ice-filled highball glass.

American Rose
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 tsp Pernod (licorice liqueur)
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1/2 peach
Fill with Champagne
Instructions:
Shake ingredients (except champagne) and strain into a chilled white wine glass. Fill with champagne and garnish with a peach slice.

Americana
Ingredients:

1/4 oz Tennessee whiskey
1/2 tsp sugar
1 dash bitters
chilled Champagne
1 slice peach
Instructions:
Stir the whiskey, the bitters and the sugar in a collins glass until the sugar is dissolved. Fill up with champagne and garnish with a slice of peach.

American Rose
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 tsp Pernod (licorice liqueur)
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1/2 peach
Fill with Champagne
Instructions:
Shake ingredients (except champagne) and strain into a chilled white wine glass. Fill with champagne and garnish with a peach slice.

Amsterdamned
Ingredients:

1 oz Tia Maria (coffee liqueur)
1 oz Bailey's (Irish cream)
1 oz Champagne
1 tsp chocolate liqueur
1 oz orange juice
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients except the champagne to a cocktail shaker with some crushed ice. Shake well. Pour the champagne into a cocktail glass. Add the mixture, garnish it with some mint leaves and serve.

Apricot Smoothie
Ingredients:

4 oz apricot brandy
1 oz vodka
Fill 1/2 glass Champagne
Fill 1/2 glass orange juice
Ice
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients over ice. 7-Up may be used instead of champagne to cut alcohol content if so desired.

Aqua Marina
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz green creme de menthe
1/2 oz lemon juice
Instructions:
Shake vodka, green creme de menthe and lemon juice, and strain into a champagne flute. Add champagne.

Arctic Kiss
Ingredients:

2 oz Finlandia (vodka)
3 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Chill vodka over ice if it's not in your freezer. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and fill with champagne.

Argentine-Style Bellini
Ingredients:

3 oz peach nectar
5 oz cold Spanish sparkling white wine or dry champagne
1 thin slice peach for garnish
1 raspberry for garnish
Instructions:
Pour the peach nectar into an 8-ounce champagne glass or flute. Slowly add the sparkling wine or champagne. Stir, garnish with the peach slice and raspberry, and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

Chilled Champagne
1 tsp green creme de menthe
Instructions:
Put creme de menthe into a champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne and serve.

Atheist's Best
Ingredients:

4 parts extra dry Champagne
2 parts vodka
1 part cherry juice
1 part lemon juice
Instructions:
Take two glasses. Fill one with champagne and mix the other glass with the specified amounts of the other ingredients. Mix the contents of both glasses. You end up with two glasses of the drink.

Ingredients:

3 oz Champagne
3/4 oz watermelon schnapps
1/2 oz gold tequila
Deep Blue
Ingredients:

3 cl Absolut (vodka)
1 cl Bols (Blue Curacao liqueur)
2 cl Champagne
Instructions:
Stir vodka and blue curacao together with ice in a glass. Top with champagne, and drop a blue maraschino cherry to the bottom.

Pour ingredients into a champagne flute and serve.

1 oz brandy
1 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
1 oz Cointreau (orange liqueur)

Instructions:
Pour into a glass.

Bali Hai
Ingredients:
2 oz light rum
1 oz aguardiente brandy

2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp orgeat syrup
1 tsp grenadine syrup
Fill with Champagne
Instructions:
Shake ingredients (except champagne) with cracked ice and pour into a collins glass. Fill with champagne.

Bellini
Ingredients:
1 medium ripe, peeled and pureed peach
4-6 oz Champagne
Instructions:

Pour peach puree into glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a peach slice.

Bellini #2
Ingredients:
6 oz Champagne
1 oz peach schnapps
Instructions:
Mix ingredients and serve.

Bellini Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz peach nectar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 oz peach schnapps
3 oz chilled, dry Champagne
1/2 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled glass. Add half a cup (or more) of crushed ice, stir and add the champagne.

Bellinski
Ingredients:
1 oz Stoli (Persik vodka)
3 oz peaches
1 tsp maraschino liqueur
1 - 2 oz chilled Brut (Champagne)
Instructions:
Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur. Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne and serve.

Black Tie
Ingredients:
3 oz cold Pineau des Charentes (white wine)
1 1/2 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Pour into a wine glass and garnish with a black grape.

Black Velvet
Ingredients:
5 oz chilled stout
5 oz chilled Champagne
Instructions:
Pour stout into a champagne flute. Add champagne carefully, so it does not mix with stout and serve.

Blow Blue Bubbles
Ingredients:
1 oz blueberry schnapps
Champagne
Instructions:
Pour blueberry schnapps into a champagne flute. Fill with champagne and serve.

Blue Champagne
Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1/4 oz lemon juice
2 - 3 dashes triple sec
2 - 3 dashes Blue Curacao liqueur
Champagne
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients (except champagne) over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne and serve.

Blue Rox's Martini
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz Grey Goose (vodka)
1 1/4 oz Hpnotiq (liqueur)
1 splash Brut (Champagne)
Instructions:
Pour the Grey Goose vodka and Hpnotiq liqueur into a cocktail shaker 1/4 filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into a martini glass. Top with a generous splash of champagne and serve.

Blue Tahoe
Ingredients:
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
4 - 5 ice cubes
1 oz tequila
1 cherry
1 oz lime juice
mint leaves
1 slice lemon
fill with Champagne
1 slice orange
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in together followed by the champagne last.

Ingredients:
1 oz peach schnapps
4 oz Champagne
1 oz grenadine syrup
Instructions:
Pour the peach schnapps and grenadine syrup into the bottom of a Champagne flute. Fill with Champagne and serve.

Bolli Stoli
Ingredients:

3 oz Bollinger (Champagne)
1 oz Stolichnaya (vodka)
Instructions:
Pour Bollinger champagne into a champagne flute. Add Stoli vodka and serve.

Bombay Bellini
Ingredients:

1 splash mango nectar
4-6 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Pour mango puree into a champagne flute (recommended) or a glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a mango slice.

Bone Crusher
Ingredients:

1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz rum
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1/4 oz Rose's (lime juice)
2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz Champagne
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass, preferably a pint glass or large brandy snifter with ice, and float the champagne on top with a squeeze of lemon. Serve.

Bonecrusher
Ingredients:

1/2 oz rum
1 squeeze lemons
1/2 oz gin
1 shot Champagne
1/2 oz vodka
1 splash Sprite (soda)
1 splash grenadine syrup
Instructions:
Mix ingredients and serve.

Boye Sparkle
Ingredients:

3 1/2 oz Champagne
1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
1 oz mango juice
Instructions:
Pour champagne into a champagne flute. Add strawberry liqueur and mango juice, garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry and serve.

Bubbly Martini
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Stir gin and champagne gently in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with two olives, and serve.

Buck's Fizz
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
2 oz orange juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
Instructions:
Add to a frosted wine glass.

Buzz Bomb
Ingredients:

1 oz vodka
1 oz cognac
1 oz Benedictine (herbal liqueur)
1 oz Cointreau (orange liqueur)
1 oz lime juice
Champagne
Instructions:
Pour the vodka, cognac, benedictine, Cointreau and lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Fill with champagne, either completely or to personal taste. Serve.

Cajun Water
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz triple sec
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
2 dashes Peychaud (bitters)
2-3 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Pour the rum, triple sec, grenadine and bitters into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top with champagne, stir and serve.

Campari Champagne
Ingredients:

1-1 1/4 oz Campari (bitters)
4 oz Champagne
1 twist lemon peel
Instructions:
Pour campari into a champagne flute and fill with champagne. Twist the lemon peel over the drink and serve.

Can Can
Ingredients:

3 oz Champagne
1 oz peach schnapps
Instructions:
Pour peach schnapps into flute, then fill with champagne.

Canadian Diamond
Ingredients:

5 oz Champagne
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
1 frozen strawberry
Instructions:
Make sure both the glass and champagne are well-chilled; fill the glass with champagne and drizzle in grenadine slowly so it settles on the bottom. Add a frozen strawberry.

Caribbean Champagne
Ingredients:

1/2 tsp white rum
1/2 tsp creme de bananes
5 1/2 oz chilled Champagne
Instructions:
Pour the white rum and creme de bananes into a champagne flute. Fill with champagne, and stir lightly. Garnish with a slice of banana and serve.

Caribou Martini
Ingredients:

2 oz chilled Stoli (Kafya vodka)
2 oz chilled Champagne
Instructions:
Pour the Stoli Kafya (a coffee-flavored vodka) into a cocktail glass. Top with champagne and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon twist, add a coffee bean and serve.

Carl Josef
Ingredients:

3/4 oz Kirschwasser (cherry brandy)
1/4 oz Heering (cherry liqueur)
4 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Stir kirschwasser and cherry liqueur together in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne and serve.

Ingredients:

2 oz Champagne
2 oz Strega (herbal liqueur)
Instructions:

Ingredients:
2 oz Alize (Bleu liqueur)

Serve in a chilled Champagne flute.

Champagne Blitz
Ingredients:
4 oz Champagne

Instructions:
Pour both ingredients into a champagne flute, stir and serve.

Champagne Celebration
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Cointreau (orange liqueur)
1/2 oz Presidente (brandy)
1 sugar cube
Peychaud (bitters)
4 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Add Cointreau, Brandy and a sugar cube saturated with Peychaud Bitters to a champagne flute. Fill with your favorite champagne. Garnish with an orange twist.

Champagne Charlie
Ingredients:

4 oz Charles Heidsieck (Champagne)
1 oz apricot brandy
Instructions:
Pour into a wine glass half-filled with broken ice. Garnish with a half-slice of orange.

Champagne Cobbler
Ingredients:

1 slice orange
1 lemon wedge
1 fresh, skinless pineapple wedge
3/4 oz maraschino liqueur
4 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Muddle the fruit and maraschino in the bottom of a bar glass. Add ice and champagne, stir gently and strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with flamed orange peel and serve.

Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:

2 dashes bitters
1 tsp sugar
Chilled Champagne
1 twist lemon peel
Instructions:
Place one lump of sugar with bitters in a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Champagne Cooler
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz triple sec
8 oz chilled Champagne
Instructions:
Pour the brandy and triple sec into a large wine glass. Fill with champagne, or simply add to taste. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.

Champagne Cornucopia
Ingredients:

1 oz vodka
3/4 oz peach schnapps
1 oz Champagne
2 scoops rainbow sherbert
1 oz cranberry juice
Instructions:
Pour the cranberry juice into a large red wine glass and set aside. Combine sherbet, vodka, and peach schnapps in a cocktail shaker. Shake until smooth. Pour over cranberry juice to product a swirl effect. Layer champagne on top. Garnish with a slice of orange and serve.

Champagne Cup
Ingredients:

1/2 oz White Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz cognac
10 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Pour the white curacao and cognac into a white wine glass. Add an ice cube, and fill with champagne. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of orange and serve.

Champagne de Mars
Ingredients:

2 oz Champagne
1 oz kiwi liqueur
3 oz chilled cola
Instructions:
Pour into a wine glass.

Champagne Fizz
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
3 oz chilled Champagne
Instructions:
Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute, add champagne and serve.


Champagne Flip
Ingredients:

3/4 oz brandy
2 - 3 dashes Cointreau (orange liqueur)
1/4 oz cream
1/4 oz sugar syrup
1 egg yolk
4 oz Champagne
1 pinch nutmeg
Instructions:
Shake brandy, cointreau, cream, sugar syrup and egg yolk over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, and carefully fill with champagne. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.

Champagne Gem
Ingredients:

5-6 oz Champagne
1 tsp green creme de menthe
Instructions:
Put creme de menthe in the flute first, then add champagne and stir slightly. Make sure your champagne is cold.

Champagne Hula
Ingredients:

1 oz Whaler's (Pineapple Paradise rum)
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Grand Marnier (orange liqueur)
2 oz Champagne
1 dash grenadine syrup
1 slice strawberry
Instructions:
Pour the Whaler's Pineapple Paradise rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the Grand Marnier orange liqueur, pineapple juice and grenadine. Shake well and strain into a champagne glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim and serve.

Champagne Irish Mist
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Irish Mist (herbal liqueur)
Instructions:
Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve.

Champagne Julep
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 tsp superfine sugar
6 mint leaves
Instructions:
Combine 4 mint leaves with the sugar and a few drops of water, and muddle well. Add the bourbon, and stir well. Strain into a collins glass, add ice cubes and the champagne. Garnish with 2 mint leaves and serve.

Champagne Lemon
Ingredients:

2 oz Champagne
1/2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz sparkling bitter lemon soda
Instructions:
Pour into a champagne saucer and serve.

Champagne Martini
Ingredients:

2 parts Champagne
1 part Cointreau (orange liqueur)
Instructions:
Mix and serve.

Champagne Napoleon
Ingredients:

3/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon (orange liqueur)
1 oz filtered orange juice
3 1/4 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Stir the mandarine napoleon with orange juice and ice, briefly, and strain into a frosted champagne flute. Add the champagne and serve.

Champagne Passion
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz passion-fruit puree
simple syrup
Champagne
1/2 oz Alize (liqueur)
Instructions:
Pour passion fruit puree into a champagne saucer and stir in the simple syrup (to taste). Slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the alize on top and serve.

Champagne Polonaise
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1/2 oz blackberry brandy
1/4 oz Old Krupnik (honey liqueur)
Instructions:
Serve in a champagne flute.

Champagne Tropicale
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz mango puree
4 oz Champagne
1 oz maraschino liqueur
Instructions:

Pour the mango puree into a mixing glass, then slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the maraschino on top and serve.

Champange Rita
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz tequila
1 1/2 oz limeade
1 1/2 tsp triple sec
3 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Pour the tequila and triple sec into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Add limeade and champagne, stir briefly and serve.

Champbull Vodka
Ingredients:

4 oz Grey Goose (vodka)
6 oz Champagne
1 can Red Bull (energy drink)
Instructions:
Pour and mix.

Champerno
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Pernod (licorice liqueur)
Instructions:
Pour into a wine glass.

Champibble
Ingredients:

4 oz Mad Dog (grape wine)
6 oz Champagne
2 oz vodka
Instructions:
Stir or shake well.

Chantelle
Ingredients:

3/4 oz Dr. Mcgillicuddy's (Vanilla Schnapps)
2 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Galliano (herbal liqueur)
3/4 oz grenadine syrup
Instructions:
Mix Galliano, Grenadine and Vanilla Schnapps with ice and then pour into champagne flute. Add chilled Champagne. For effect pour Champagne down the side of the flute.

Chartini
Ingredients:

1 oz Stoli (Razberi vodka)
1/4 oz Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
3/4 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Cherry Champagne
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1/2 oz cherry brandy
Instructions:
Pour into a champagne flute and serve.

Cherry Fluster
Ingredients:

15 ml Campari (bitters)
20 ml cherry brandy
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp cherry conserve
1 dash lemon juice
1 halved strawberry
90-120 ml Champagne
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Double strain the mixture into a Champagne glass, then top with Champagne, and garnish with the strawberry. Serve.

Christini Martini
Ingredients:

1 tsp vodka
1/4 oz Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
5-6 oz chilled Champagne
Instructions:
Build ingredients in a champagne flute and serve.

Classic Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:

3 oz Champagne
1/3 oz cognac
2 dashes Angostura (bitters)
1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Soak one sugar cube in a champagne flute with angostura bitters. Add champagne and cognac. Squeeze in a twist of lemon and discard. Garnish with half a slice of orange.

Cockney Champagne
Ingredients:

3 oz Champagne
3/4 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
Instructions:
Pour into a champagne flute and serve.

Cool Cucumber
Ingredients:

2 cl benedictine herbal liqueur
1 tsp lemon juice
1 piece cucumbers
Champagne
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Put a few ice-cubes in a longdrink glass, and put a little lemon juice in it. Then cut a cucumber in two halves and cut off a part. Get the seeds out and put it in the glass as well. Shake in a well cooled down bottle of champagne and let the glass stand in the refrigerator for a while. Then it's ready to drink.

Ingredients:

3/4 oz Pernod (licorice liqueur)
4 oz Champagne
3-4 drops lemon juice
Instructions:
Pour pernod into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice. Serve.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz gin
1 tsp powdered sugar
3 oz chilled Champagne
Instructions:
Pour gin and sugar together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, and strain over ice cubes in a champagne flute. Fill with champagne and serve.

Ingredients:

1 oz Drambuie (Scotch whisky)
5 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Pour both ingredients into a champagne flute, stir and serve.

Ingredients:

1 oz Jack Daniel's (Tennessee whiskey)

Instructions:
Shake ingredients with a handful of ice and pour everything (including ice) into highball glass.

Ingredients:

6 oz Champagne
1 oz Grand Marnier (orange liqueur)
Instructions:
Pour both ingredients into a slightly chilled red wine glass. Stir briefly and serve.

Czar
Ingredients:

1 oz vodka
1 oz Grand Marnier (orange liqueur)
3 oz sparkling white wine
1 orange bitters
1/2 oz lime juice
Instructions:
Shake ingredients (except wine) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a wine glass and top with the sparkling white wine.

Czar's Cup
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Stoli (Strasberi vodka)
1 tsp maraschino liqueur
6 oz Brut (Champagne)
Instructions:
Chill all ingredients, as well as an 8-oz wine glass, prior to serving. Pour vodka and maraschino liqueur into the glass, and fill with champagne. Garnish with a strawberry and serve.

D'Artagnan
Ingredients:

1 tsp armagnac
1 tsp Grand Marnier (orange liqueur)
3 tsp fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp simple syrup
3 oz chilled Champagne
