Ginger-bang Champagne
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1-2 dashes simple syrup
1/4 oz fresh ginger
Instructions:
Muddle fresh ginger in the bottom of a bar glass. Add chilled champagne and simple syrup, stir gently and immediately strain into champagne flute. Serve.
Girlie Martini
Ingredients:

1 splash dry vermouth
4 oz vodka
3 oz chilled Champagne
1 dash maraschino liqueur
Instructions:
Coat the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with dry vermouth. In a mixing glass filled half way with crushed ice, combine vodka, champagne and maraschino liqueur. Stir and strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer.

Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Old Krupnik (honey liqueur)
Instructions:
Pour into a champagne flute, add a cherry and serve.

1/2 oz Grand Marnier (orange liqueur)

1/2 oz white rum

Instructions:
Pour the blue curacao, champagne, white rum, brandy, lemonade and lime juice over finely shaven ice in a sugar-rimmed parfait glass. Garnish with a strawberry and serve.

Place a sugar cube into a small highball glass, and saturate with angostura bitters. Add a single ice cube, pour in cognac and add an orange wedge and stemmed cherry. Fill with champagne, and gradually pour in the benedictine.

Instructions:

Instructions:
Add bourbon, bitters, and triple sec first. Fill rest of glass with champagne. Depending on the size up your flute, you might need to put less bourbon in. Garnish with orange twist.

Ingredients:

1/4 oz white rum

Chill all ingredients (except champagne) and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and serve.
Stockholm 75
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz vodka
2 tsp superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz chilled Champagne
1 twist orange peel
Instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the vodka, sugar, and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass. Top with Champagne and garnish with an organce twist.
Strawberry Bandit
Ingredients:

3 oz Champagne
1/2 oz gold tequila
1/2 oz creme de fraise
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 oz strawberry puree
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients (except champagne) briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a double-cocktail glass. Add champagne, garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry and serve.
Strawberry Blonde
Ingredients:

2 oz Champagne
2 oz Stoli (Strasberi vodka)
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz strawberry daiquiri mix
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake lightly until mixed and strain into a cocktail glass. Can garnish with a fresh strawberry if you choose.
Strawberry Champagne
Ingredients:

3 oz Champagne
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz strawberry brandy
Instructions:
Pour into a wine glass half-filled with broken ice. Garnish with two halves of a strawberry and serve.
Strawberry Kir Royale
Ingredients:

2 cups halved strawberries
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup chilled Champagne
1 tsp creme de cassis
Instructions:
Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Divide into two white wine glasses, add champagne and creme de cassis.
Sunset Punch
Ingredients:

1.5 liters (2 bottles) chilled Champagne
6 oz maraschino liqueur
8 oz Cointreau (orange liqueur)
3 oz cherry brandy
3 oz brandy
2 cups cold tea
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup superfine sugar
2 sliced oranges
24 maraschino cherries
Instructions:
Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Add the champagne, maraschino liqueur, Cointreau, cherry brandy, brandy and cold tea. Stir well. Add one large block of ice. Garnish with orange slices and maraschino cherries.
Texas Fizz
Ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1 oz gin
1 oz orange juice
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
Instructions:
Shake gin, orange juice and grenadine and strain into a highball glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Add champagne, garnish with a slice of orange and serve.
This is the Night
Ingredients:

3 oz Champagne
1 oz passion-fruit juice
2 oz mandarin juice
Instructions:
Pour into a double-cocktail glass half-filled with broken ice and serve.
Tomorrow We Sail
Ingredients:

3 1/2 oz Champagne
1/2 oz LBV port
1/2 oz dark rum
1 tsp triple sec
Instructions:
Pour into a champagne flute, add a twist of orange peel and serve.
Tropical Champagne
Ingredients:

3/4 oz dark rum
3/4 oz orange juice
2-3 dashes passion-fruit syrup
2-3 dashes lemon juice
4 oz Champagne

Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, carefully fill with champagne and serve.
Turk's Blood
Ingredients:

3 oz Champagne
2 oz Burgundy wine
Instructions:
Pour into a champagne saucer and serve.
Typhoon
Ingredients:

Chilled Champagne
1 oz gin
1/2 oz anisette
1 oz lime juice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except champagne) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill glass with chilled champagne, stir lightly and serve.
Ultra-Marine
Ingredients:
1/2 shot Blue Curacao liqueur
Top with Champagne
Instructions:
Add Blue curacao then top up with Champagne and garnish with a grape or strawberry.
Valencia #2
Ingredients:

1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 oz fresh orange juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Champagne
Instructions:
Shake the apricot brandy, orange juice and bitters with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne, garnish with flamed orange peel and serve.

Volcano
Ingredients:

3/4 oz raspberry liqueur
3/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
Champagne
Instructions:
Pour liquors into a champagne flute, and fill with ice-cold champagne. Add a twist of orange peel and serve.

Waverunner
Ingredients:

2 oz Absolut (Citron vodka)
1 oz sweet and sour mix
2 tbsp sugar
2 lemons wedges
1/2 oz Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
4 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except champagne) with ice. Strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass. Top with champagne. Squeeze and drop another wedge of lemon into the drink (the other two should still be in the tin).
Wedding Bell Punch
Ingredients:

2 liters dry red wine
16 oz bourbon whiskey
12 oz anejo rum
8 oz sweet vermouth
4 oz creme de cacao
187 ml chilled Champagne
16 oz club soda
16 oz ginger ale
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup superfine sugar
2 pints hulled, quartered strawberries
2 sliced oranges
Instructions:
Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Add the bourbon, rum, creme de cacao, champagne, red wine, vermouth, club soda and ginger ale. Stir well. Add one large block of ice. Garnish with orange slices and strawberries. Makes 32 (6-ounce) punch cups.
