Nursery Fizz
Ingredients:

90 ml (3 fl oz) orange juice
90 ml (4 fl oz) ginger ale
Instructions:
Fill a large wine glass with crushed ice and pour in equal measures of orange juice and ginger ale. Decorate with a cocktail cherry and an orange slice speared onto a cocktail stick. Serve with a straw.

Ingredients:

3 cl Lime Juice
1 slice Lemon
5 cl Apple Juice
8 cl Champagne Soda
Soda Water
Instructions:
Mix with ice in a highball glass.
On the Beach
Ingredients:

Handful raspberries
10cl fresh orange juice
1cl fresh lime juice
Dash grenadine
Lemonade
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 10 seconds without ice, then add a scoop of ice. Blend again. Pour into a goblet filled with ice. Top up with lemonade. Stir. Garnish with melon balls and raspberries spiked on a cocktail stick across the glass. Serve with a straw.
Orangatang
Ingredients:

1 cup Cranberry Juice
1 cup Orange Juice
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender jar, cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass and serve.
Orange Cocktail
Ingredients:

2 cl Lemon Juice
6 cl Orange Juice
Instructions:
Stir juices together in a mixing glass, strain into a large cocktail glass and serve.
Orange Flip
Ingredients:

1 Egg Yolk
1 tbsp Honey
10 cl Orange Juice
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a blender and serve into glasses.
 
Orange Smile
Ingredients:

1 oz Egg
1 Oranges Juice
1 tbsp Grenadine
Instructions:
Combine the juice of one large orange with the egg and grenadine. Shake with ice and strain into a wine glass.
Orange Squash
Ingredients:

3 cl Lemon Juice
10 cl Orange Juice
Instructions:
Pour lemon juice and orange juice into a large tumbler over one ice cube. Stir well. Serve with sugar and cold water on the side, a drinking straw, and a spoon.
Orangeade
Ingredients:

5 cl Lemon Juice
15 cl Orange Juice
Soda Water
3 cl Sugar Syrup
Instructions:
Pour lemon juice, orange juice and sugar syrup into a large tumbler or highball glass over ice cubes. Stir well and top up with cold soda water. Serve with a drinking straw.
Orgeat Lemonade
Ingredients:

3 cl Lemon Juice
Soda Water
5 cl Orgeat Syrup
Instructions:
Mix together the lemon juice and orgeat syrup in a tumbler with 2 or 3 small ice cubes. Fill with soda water, stir and serve.

Ingredients:

2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 dash Bitters
1 tsp Grenadine
Ginger Ale, Fill to Top
Instructions:
Add grenadine, lemon juice and bitters to an ice-filled collins glass. Top with ginger ale and slide an orange slice down the side of the glass.

Ingredients:

4 dashes of grenadine
120 ml (4 fl oz) orange juice
1 egg yolk
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tumbler.
Passion Cooler
Ingredients:

1/3 (mashed) Banana
1 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Mango Juice
1 oz Passion-fruit Juice
Instructions:
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish with a spiral of orange peel and a slice of banana.

Ingredients:

2 oz Peach Juice
1 oz Mango Juice
4 oz Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Pour ingredients into an ice-filled wine glass. Garnish with fruit and serve.
Peach Melba
Ingredients:

3 oz Blackberries
1/2 (sliced) Peach
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
8 oz Peach Nectar
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a blender at low speed. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with raspberries.

Ingredients:

1 dash Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Lime Syrup
3 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 dash Grenadine
Instructions:
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes and serve.
Pike's Peak Cooler
Ingredients:

Cider, Fill to Top
1 oz Egg
1/2 Juice of Lemon
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
Shake the egg, sugar and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass with cracked ice. Fill with cider and stir. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle over the rim of glass.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Coconut cream
3 Ice cubes
2 oz. Pineapple juice
Instructions:
Mix over ice.

Ingredients:

1/4 inch (sliced) Ginger
250 g (skinned and sliced) Pineapple
Instructions:
Add to a blender and liquify. Serve in a Hurricane Glass.
Pineapple Lemonade
Ingredients:

5 cl Orange Juice
15 cl Pineapple Juice
Soda Water
3 cl Sugar Syrup
Instructions:
Mix juice and sugar syrup in a large tumbler with several ice cubes. Stir well and top up with cold soda water. Serve with a drinking straw.
Pineapple Power
Ingredients:

1/4 tsp Ginger
1 can Pineapple
2 cups Water
1 tbsp Honey
Instructions:
Place the can of sliced pineapple, with juice, into a blender jar. Add the water, honey and ginger, and blend on medium speed until well mixed. Pour into one tall, two medium, or three small glass.

Ingredients:

2 parts pineapple juice
1 part coconut cream
1 part pink grapefruit juice
Instructions:
Blend the coconut cream and fruit juices together with ice. Pour into highball glasses and serve with a slice of grapefruit.
Pomegranate Soda
Ingredients:

1 oz Lemon Juice
6 oz Club Soda
1 tsp Grenadine
Instructions:
Pour the lemon juice and club soda into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes, and stir well. Drop the grenadine into the center of the drink and serve.

Ingredients:

1 oz Lime Juice
5 oz Cola, chilled
1/3 oz Grenadine
Instructions:

Ingredients:

4 cl Grapefruit Juice

Instructions:

Raspberry Citrus Punch
Ingredients:

2 cups Sugar
92 oz Pineapple, canned
4 cups Water
46 oz Grapefruit Juice
8 cups Orange Juice
2 qt Soda Water, chilled
2 qt Ginger Ale, chilled
1 cup Raspberries
Instructions:
Force raspberries through a sieve to remove the seeds. Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil until sugar is dissolved to make a simple syrup. Combine orange juice, raspberries, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and simple syrup. Chill. When ready to serve, add soda water and ginger ale.
Raspberry Punch
Ingredients:

46 oz (Pink) Grapefruit Juice
12 oz Raspberry Juice
1 qt Raspberry Sherbet
2 liters Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Pour pink grapefruit juice and ginger ale into a punch bowl. Add raspberry juice or 12 oz frozen raspberries (stir to un-thaw). Add sherbet and stir until melted.
Red Apple Fizz
Ingredients:

3 cl fresh apple juice
Dash passionfruit syrup
Dash grenadine
Ginger beer
Instructions:
Pour the juice, passion-fruit syrup and grenadine into a highball filled with ice. Stir. Top up with ginger beer. Stir. Serve with a stirrer.
Refreshing Apple Lemonade
Ingredients:

1 cup (fresh) Lemon Juice
4 cups Water
4 cups Apple Juice
2 cups Simple Syrup
Instructions:
Combine 4 cups of water with 4 cups of sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and continue boiling for 10 minutes. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Rhubarb Syrup
Ingredients:

2 cups Sugar
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Rosewater
1 lb Rhubarb
Instructions:
Remove strings from rhubarb, wash, and cut into 1/2" pieces. Wrap rhubarb in cheesecloth and tie shut.

Ingredients:

1/4 oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Strawberry Syrup
1 oz Guava Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Lemonade
3 oz Strawberries, pureed

Shake all ingredients (except lemonade) and strain into a highball glass three-quarters filled with crushed ice. Add lemonade, garnish with a slice of lime and a strawberry, add straws and serve.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Lime Juice
3 3-inch sticks Cinnamon
20 oz Orange Juice

Instructions:
Combine peach nectar, orange juice and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Tie cinnamon and cloves in a small cheesecloth bag. Drop into saucepan.

Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients:

1 tbsp Sugar
1 cup Water
1 Lemon Juice
10 Strawberries
Instructions:
Throw everything into a blender and mix until fairly smooth. Serve over ice.
Strawberry Salad
Ingredients:

1 oz Apple Juice
1 oz Papaya Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Soda Water
2 oz Strawberries, pureed
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except soda water) and strain into a pina colada glass filled with broken ice. Add the soda, garnish with fruit add straws and serve.
Strawberry Sparkle Punch
Ingredients:

28.0 oz. Cranberry juice
3 oz. Jelly
28.0 oz. Ginger ale
6 oz. Lemonade concentrate (frozen)
4 cup Strawberries
1 cup Hot water
2 cup Water
Instructions:
Puree strawberries in blender; place puree in large punch bowl. Strain, if desired, to remove seeds. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in lemonade concentrate. Add mixture to punch bowl. Add cranberry cocktail and cold water. Slowly add ginge.
Strawberry Split
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/3 oz Strawberry Syrup
1 oz Apple Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Lemonade
2 oz Strawberries, pureed

Sugar Kick
Ingredients:

1 tbsp Triple Sec
1 splash Sprite
2 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp Grenadine
1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
Instructions:
Combine in a glass. Add ice, shake well and serve with a cherry, a lemon (dipped in sugar) and a straw.
Summer Rain
Ingredients:

1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Orange Sherbet
1 oz Lemonade
1 oz Raspberry Puree
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients (except lemonade) briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice and pour into a highball glass. Add lemonade, garnish with fruit, add straws and serve.
Summer Sunset
Ingredients:

Half yellow melon
Half papaya
Half mango
6 strawberries
7 oz/20 cl passion-fruit juice
7 oz/20 cl peach juice
1 lemon, cut in half
3 cl fresh orange juice
3 dashes grenadine
Instructions:
Scoop out the seeds from the fruit and discard. Dice the fruit. Put it into a blender and add the passion-fruit and peach juices. Add a squeeze of lemon and the grenadine. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds. Add two scoops of ice cubes and blend again to chill the drink. If preparing a day in advance, do not add ice until ready to serve. Fill four highballs with ice and fill each three-quarters full. The drink will be pale red. The final touch: using a barspoon, float the fresh orange juice over the top. It will sit on top of the juices, and gradually drizzle its way in fine strands to the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a small sprig of fresh mint set in the top of a strawberry. Serve with a straw.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Pineapple juice
1 oz. Grape juice
1 1/2 oz. 7-up
1 tsp. Sugar syrup
Instructions:
Combine in a shaker over a few ice cubes. Shake thoroughly. Pour into a collins glass and serve.
Tarzan's Juicy Cooler
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 tsp (clear) Honey
3 oz Orange Juice
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp Strawberry Yogurt
1/4 oz Grenadine
Instructions:
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of orange speared with a cherry, add straws and serve.
Temperance Mocktail
Ingredients:

 2 measures lemon juice
 2 dashes grenadine
1 egg yolk
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a cocktail cherry.
Tenderberry
Ingredients:

6-8 strawberries
1 measure grenadine
1 measure double cream
1 measure ginger ale
Little ground ginger
Instructions:
Place the strawberry, grenadine and cream in an electric blender with some crushed ice and blend on maximum speed for 30 seconds. Pour into a tumbler. Add the dry ginger and stir. Sprinkle a little ginger on top and decorate with a strawberry, if liked.
Tequiless Sunset
Ingredients:

½ ripe Honeydew melon
½ papaya
½ mango
6 strawberries
200 ml passionfruit juice
200 ml peach juice
1 lemon
Grenadine
30 cl orange juice
Instructions:
Peel, de-seed and dice the fruit. Blend with the passionfruit and peach juices. Add the lemon juice, 3 dashes of grenadine and 2 handfuls of ice cubes and blend again. Three-quarter-fill a highball glass with the blend, then pour orange juice slowly over the back of a teaspoon onto the surface of the drink. It should gradually make its way down to the bottom of the glass adding an orange tinge to the pale red colour. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Thames Water
Ingredients:

2 bottles Orange Juice
Coca-Cola, Fill to Top
Instructions:
Pour the two small bottles (Britvic size) of Orange Juice in first. Top up with Cola, the fizzier, the better. Stir.

Ingredients:

1 dash Lemon Juice
2 oz Sprite
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Orange Soda
Instructions:
Put a couple ice cubes into a coffee mug then add juices and mix a great morning drink.
Toothless Shark
Ingredients:

1 part lime juice
1 part grenadine
6 parts orange juice
Instructions:
Three-quarter fill a highball glass with orange juice. Add the lime juice and stir well. Slowly pour in the grenadine. Do not stir.
Tropicana
Ingredients:

3 cl coconut milk
7 cl pineapple juice
7 cl mango juice
1 small banana, peeled and diced
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for a few seconds. Add a scoop of crushed ice. Blend again. Pour into a goblet. Serve with a straw and garnish with a Cape Gooseberry set on the rim.
Ugly Virgin
Ingredients:

2 oz Grapefruit Juice
2 oz Mandarin Juice
2 oz Lemonade
Instructions:
Shake juices and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Add lemonade, garnish with a slice of Ugli fruit, add straws and serve.
Vanilla Ale
Ingredients:

3 tsp Vanilla
4 oz Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Pour the ginger ale and vanilla drops over crushed ice in a cocktail glass and serve.
Virgin Banana Colada
Ingredients:

1 cup (Crushed) Ice
1 Banana
6 oz Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Cut the banana into chunks, and add to a blender. Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice. Blend well at high speed. Pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge and serve.

1 tsp Grenadine

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Combine the strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice in a blender and blend well at high speed. Pour into a collins glass, garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge and serve.
Warm Witch's Blood
Ingredients:

2 tbsp Sugar
1 Cinnamon
4 cups Cranberry Juice
2 cups Orange Juice
4 Allspice
1 tsp Clove
Instructions:
Bring to a boil in a saucepan and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring and muttering appropriate incantations. Serve in ghoulish glasses, garnish with an orange slice if desired.
Wassail
Ingredients:

1 cup Sugar
2 sticks Cinnamon
Lime
1 qt Water
2 tsp Lemon
2 cups Oranges
1 gal Apple Juice
1 tbsp Allspice
1 tbsp Clove
Instructions:
Heat the water to boiling. Cut the lemons and oranges (and lime if using) in half and squeeze the juice into a separate bowl to save, throw the skins and pulp into the boiling water. Add spices and simmer for one hour.
Wavebender
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
5 oz Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Pour the orange juice, lemon juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with ginger ale, stir well and serve.
Yellow Bellied Sap Sucker
Ingredients:

1/2 shot Lime Juice
1/2 shot Tonic Water
3 drops Angostura Bitters
Instructions:
Put in the Lime Juice then add three drops of angostrua bitters. Shake it up and add the tonic.
Yellowjacket
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes and serve.
Yoghurt Cooler
Ingredients:

1 cup Fruits
1 cup Yogurt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender jar. Cover, and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass and serve.
