Non-Alcoholic Cocktails

   
Bloody Shame
Ingredients:

1 pinch Salt
2 drops Tabasco Sauce
1 pinch Peppers
8 oz Vegetable Juice
1 Celery Stalk
Instructions:
Pour V8 into an old-fashioned glass, add tabasco sauce and stir with a celery stalk. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
Bloody Virgin Bull
Ingredients:

1/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp Pepper
Tabasco Sauce
2 oz Tomato Juice
Worcestershire Sauce
2 oz Beef Bouillon
Celery Salt
Instructions:
Pour tomato juice, bouillon and lemon juice over ice cubes in a collins glass. Add sauces, salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
Carrot and Cranberry
Ingredients:

12 cl carrot juice
6 cl cranberry juice
2 teaspoons clear honey
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well to let ingredients combine well. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Garnish with stem of red currants on the rim.
Earth Shake
Ingredients:

1/2 cup (crushed) Pineapple
1 1/2 cups Pineapple Juice
1 (Peeled and Chopped) Carrot
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass and serve.
Ginger Zest
Ingredients:

7 cl fresh carrot juice
7 cl tomato juice
1 teaspoon clear honey
3 cl fresh lemon juice
2 to 3 slices fresh ginger root
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Place the ginger into a shaker. Muddle to release the essence, then pour in all ingredients. Add a scoop of ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a highball, letting the ice fall into the glass as well. Garnish with a red and a yellow cherry tomato, each cut in half, and speared by a cocktail stick, with a leaf of basil between them.
Mickey Mouse
Ingredients:

3 oz. Tomato juice
1 dash Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 Lime wedge
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.
Prairie Oyster
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon tomato juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Pepper
Vinegar
1 egg yolk
Instructions:
Put the tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce in a small glass. Add a grind of pepper and 2 dashes of vinegar. Float the egg yolk on top. Swallow in one gulp.
Sangrita

Ingredients:

100 cl tomato juice
48 cl fresh orange juice
5 teaspoons clear honey
9 cl fresh lime juice
Pinch salt
1 chili, finely chopped
Half teaspoon white onion, finely chopped
Ground black pepper
10 drops Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir well. Place in the refrigerator to chill for about two hours. Then strain into a large glass pitcher. Serve in wine glasses.
Sensation
Ingredients:

10 cl tomato juice
5 cl passion-fruit juice
5 cl fresh carrot juice
1 cl fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon clear honey
3 to 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well to combine honey. Pour the mixture into a highball filled with ice. Garnish with a cherry tomato and a sprig of basil.
Shot in the Pot
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Tabasco Sauce
1/2 oz Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Add to shot glass and shoot.
Tomato Cocktail
Ingredients:

1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 dash Salt
1 tsp Pepper
10 cl Tomato Juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
Stir in a mixing glass Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, tomato juice, and a little salt and pepper over ice cubes. Strain off into a large cocktail glass.
Tomato Lassi
Ingredients:

1/8 tsp Salt
4 oz Water
2 oz Tomato Juice
2 oz Plain Yogurt
1/4 tsp Celery Salt
Instructions:
Place the yogurt, tomato juice, water and salt in a blender; blend thoroughly. Pour into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add celery salt/seed and stir thoroughly.
Virgin Bullshot
Ingredients:

1 dash Tabasco Sauce
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
7 oz Beef Bouillon
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
Combine the beef bouillon, black pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
Virgin Clamato Cocktail
Ingredients:

1 dash Tabasco Sauce
3 oz Clam Juice
5 oz Tomato Juice
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
Combine the tomato juice, clam juice, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
Virgin Mary
Ingredients:

200 ml tomato juice
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Put the tomato juice in a tumbler and add a couple of drops of tabasco, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. If you like it hot, increase the amount of Tabasco. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
