Grapefruit Jam 1
Ingredients:

Grapefruit 1 kg
Sugar 1 kg
Cooking Instructions:
Peel the grapefruit and eliminate the white pith between the peel and the fruit as it is bitter. Cut the peel into fine strips and put them into a pot with water to cover the grapefruit peel. Boil the strips for five minutes and repeat the operation for five times, changing the water every time. This is to ensure that any bitter taste is removed. Slice the grapefruit finely and put it into a pot together with the strips and the sugar. Cook until the grapefruit jam liquefies then let it cool. The jam can be stored in airtight jars for future use.
Grapefruit Jam 2
Ingredients:

1 kg (35.27 ounce) Grapefruit
2 medium size lemons
1 kg white sugar
0.2 (1 cup) water
Cooking Instructions:
Day 1: Cut the grapefruit into 5x5 mm. dice (0.2x0.2 inch). Put in a large pot or bowl, cover with water, cover with
plastic film and leave in the fridge for 10-15 hours. Day 2: Cut the 2 lemons in dice (same size as above) and add to
the grapefruits. Add the water (1 cup) and let boil on a high flame. When the mixture is well boiling, leave to cook precisely 10

minutes. After 10 minutes add the sugar, stir well and let cook till the mixture is 103c ( 217F). Then you start stirring NON STOP till the jam is 105c (221f) which is ready. Pour into jars (fill them to the rim while the jam is still very hot) close tightly and put upside-down to cool completely.
Pink Grapefruit Jam
Ingredients:

10 unsprayed pink Grapefruit
200 ml (3/4 cup) apple juice
Granulated sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Cooking Instructions:
Remove the zest from the grapefruit. Halve the grapefruit and squeeze out the juice. Save the pulp. Cut the peel in half. Squeeze all the other fruit; reserve and strain the juice. Weigh the apple and grapefruit juice - weigh out an equal amount of sugar. Tie all the seeds in a piece of cheesecloth. Pour the juices, peels, seeds and sugar into a pot. Let the sugar dissolve over low heat, then turn up the heat and boil for 25 minutes, stirring often. Check the cooking stage by placing some of the mixture onto a cold plate. Remove the seeds and peels and pack the jam into jars.
Easy Citrus Jam
Ingredients:

2 red grapefruits
3 red oranges
650 ml grapefruit juice
1 kg sugar
Cooking Instructions:
Peel the grapefruits and oranges, squeeze juice from them gently and chop them in small pieces. Cook grapefruit juice (with previously squeezed juice) and sugar to boil, stir it all the way and add pieces of fruits in it. Cook it for about 25 minutes. Pour grapefruit orange jam in prepared warm jars and seal them.
