   Coconut water or coconut juice - it looks almost like water. The tender or young green coconut is plucked from the tree before it matures. It is full of water or may contain a little soft coconut too. If it has some soft coconut, the water is mildly sweet. If this young coconut had been allowed to mature on the tree, this water would have turned into thick white coconut flesh. This coconut-juice or coconut water has many medicinal properties and is used to treatment:
 Coconut water is good to drink in summer as well as in sickness when a person is on a liquid diet or is dehydrated;
 It is a very effective oral liquid to treat dehydration;
 The coconut water cools your body in summer as well as quenches the thirst;
 It dissolves kidney stones;
 It kills intestinal worms.
Carrot Coconut Juice
Ingredients:
6 Fresh Carrots
1 Coconut
Instructions:
Cut the carrots into sections. Juice the Coconut and the carrots. Mix.
Coconut Juice
Ingredients:
Whole green (unripe) coconuts
Water or cow's milk
Sugar, optional
Instructions:
Open the coconuts by cutting off the ends. Pour the liquid through a strainer into a clean pitcher. Scrape out the immature meat from the interior of the coconut. Add this to the coconut juice. Dilute with water or (cow's) milk as desired. Add sugar to taste. (Try one cup coconut juice to one cup water or milk, plus one teaspoon sugar). Serve over ice, or refrigerate until needed.
Kefir Coconut Juice

Ingredients:
1 drinking coconut.
1 tablespoon of water kefir grains
Instructions:
Cut off the top of the coconut with a hacksaw. Pour the juice into a bowl. Scrape out the coconut meat with a large metal spoon. Either transfer the juice and the coconut meat to a 500ml glass jar or blend them in a blender to form a coconut milk. Take one tablespoon of real kefir grains that have been used to culture milk and wash them in filtered water. Add the kefir grains to the coconut, screw on the lid and leave at 20C- 25C to ferment for 24 hours before transferring to a refrigerator. Drink the kefired coconut juice straight or diluted with water. Reuse the water kefir grains to culture more coconut juice or another type of fruit juice.
Pineapple Coconut Juice 1
Ingredients:

1/4 inch piece ginger
8 ounces pineapple, unpeeled
1 apple, seeded
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions:
Place ingredients alernating them through the hopper.
Pineapple Coconut Juice 2
Ingredients:
1 Whole Pineapple
1 Whole Coconut
Instructions:
Juice one whole pineapple without the outer skin, and the white coconut seed of 1 coconut, plus the coconut water.
Strawberry Coconut Juice Blend
Ingredients:

2 handfuls strawberries, hulled
1 banana, peeled
2 tablespoons coconut milk
4 ice cubes
Instructions:
Juice the strawberries. Transfer to a blender with the banana, coconut milk and ice. Blend thoroughly. Serve topped with freshly shaved coconut if desired.
Thai Style Carrot Coconut Juice Blend
Ingredients:

2 carrots, tops and bottoms removed
1 handful of coriander
4 fl ounces (125 ml) coconut milk
Instructions:
Juice the carrots. Blend with coriander and coconut milk.
