Loganberry Liqueur 1
Ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 lb. (450 g) fresh Loganberries
3 cups (710 ml) vodka or 1 1/2 cup pure grain alcohol + 1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup (350 g) sugar
Instructions:
Rinse and check the Loganberries and place them in a jar, add vodka and mix. Stir daily during the first days, later at least once a week for 3-4 weeks. Filter the mixture of berries and alcohol and transfer the liquid to a bottle. Add sugar and shake until dissolved. After three months strain the liqueur thru a cloth. Add some more sugar if necessary. The liqueur should mellow for at least 6 months before drinking, preferably for 12 months.
Loganberry Liqueuer 2
Ingredients:

200 g (7 oz) loganberries
250 g (9 oz) sugar
75 ml (5tbs) wine
425 ml (15 fl oz) vodka
20 ml (4 tsp) glycerol
Instructions:
Place loganberries into a clean wide-necked jar. Dissolve the sugar in the wine and vodka. Pour over the loganberries. Add the glycerol, stir once a day for three weeks. Strian throgh a muslin cloth and leave to settle for one week. Siphon off into clean small bottles. Store for siz months before drinking. The liqueur imroves with age.
