Ashberry Liqueur

Ingredients:

5 kg fresh ashberry
4 kg sugar
1 liter vodka
Instructions:
A little frostbitten berries are washed with hot water, free from stalks, poured into the bottle, pouring sugar, knotted neck cloth and put in a warm place for 1.5 months. After the end of fermentation, pour vodka and insist another 3 months. Then strain off the brandy, add vodka to taste, bottled and sealed.
